He is a light gray anchovy with frizzy dark gray hair. He wears a black suit over a white dress shirt with a dark purple sash and bowtie.

Incidental F21 has only made two appearances in the series. He has been portrayed as a fancy fish in one episode and a fancy waiter in another episode. He has yet to have his own speaking role.
