Genie
The genie is a character who appears in the episode "Spin the Bottle."
Description
He looks like a regular genie. He has light blue skin, dark purple hair, a purple beard, regular purple clothes, and golden cuffs.
Role in episode
Prior to the beginning of the episode, the genie lent his genie bottle to Plankton while he was away on vacation. He appears in person at the end of the episode after he hears about Plankton's intention of breaking the bottle as part of his plan to get the Krabby Patty secret formula. He is angry at Plankton that his bottle got damaged while under his care, but Plankton cares less and Mr. Krabs is shocked to see an actual genie.
Squidward and Patrick arrive at the scene and they both try to claim the bottle as theirs. The genie is outraged at their greed and sees that they have desecrated the great spirit of the bottle. As punishment, he shrinks the scared Squidward, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, and Plankton and traps them in an empty ketchup bottle with his magical powers.
The genie disappears with his bottle as he promised that he will take it with him when he visits his mother.
