She is a turquoise colored fish with black hair and hot pink lips. She wears an orange prisoner uniform that consists of an orange collared shirt with a label and orange pants. She also wears black shoes.

Inmate FP1 has appeared in only two episodes so far, as well as a book that was based on the episode that she appeared in. She has been portrayed as a female prisoner and a mover.
