Gummy Krabby Patties

Gummy Krabby Patties (currently shortened to just Krabby Patties and originally Gummy Krabby Patties Candy) are a licensed SpongeBob SquarePants food product released by Frankford Candy on August 1, 2003[1] originally under the NickCandy line. They are gummy candies meant to represent the in-show Krabby Patties, the flagship menu item from the Krusty Krab. The candies were likely inspired by the gummy burgers by eFrutti (a subsidiary of Trolli), being small, multi-layered gummy hamburgers with each layer using fruit flavors and colors to represent a certain ingredient within the burger. Throughout the years, several different package, shape, size, and flavor variations have been made for the candies, most notably the Krabby Patties Colors, Giant Krabby Patties, the Krabby Patty Kabobs, sliders, and the many seasonal variants.

Krabby Patties Sour
Krabby Patties Sour (originally Sour! Gummy Krabby Patties) were first released under NickCandy at an unknown year, the earliest known date is in 2005, when it was included in the NickCandy FunMix.[2] They are the same flavor as the originals but had a sour coating. They were then again rereleased in 2010 alongside the release of Krabby Patties Colors, but were soon discontinued until March 2025, when they were finally brought back in bag form and can currently be purchased at Five Below, Dollar Tree, and other online retailers.
Krabby Patties Colors
Krabby Patties Colors were first released in 2010. They include four different fruit flavors: cherry, grape, blue raspberry, and green apple. These four flavors are also included alongside the original in Krabby Patties Mix and are featured in Krabby Patties Kabobs usually around Easter time. In 2021, a variation of the box was released, replacing grape with the watermelon flavor, these would however be discontinued. They are currently still being released, with the newest box update in 2024, but are far less common than the original.
Krabby Patties Mix
Krabby Patties Mix is an assorted bag of Krabby Patties flavors that likely debuted around 2010. The earliest known release included the original flavor, the four Colors flavors, and the Sour! flavor. The lineup would later change to include only the original and Colors flavors following the discontinuation of the Sour candies. A Krabby Patties Holiday Mix would later start getting annual releases around 2021, featuring Christmas themed colors and shapes.
Krabby Patties Kabobs
Krabby Patties Kabobs were released at an unknown time but were likely introduced in the early to mid-2010s. They are Krabby Patties or Krabby Patties colors on a plastic skewer, usually with themed shaped gummies in between them. They are usually only released around Valentine's Day, Easter, and Christmas.

Krabby Patties Pretty Patties
Krabby Patties Pretty Patties were released in late 2024. They are similar to Krabby Patties Colors, but have two added flavors, orange and pineapple. The lettuce and patty are colored unlike Colors as well. They were first released as Jumbo sized boxes for Christmas 2024, Valentine's Day 2025, and Easter 2025. They were then released in the regular theater sized boxes in March of 2025 at Dollar Tree, and a Krabby Patties Mix box including them soon followed.
