The head-enhanced fish is a character who appears in the episode "Imitation Krabs."

Description

He is a light blue fish with a darker blue fin. He is disguised as a light green fish with a darker green fin, and a black hat with an orange stripe. He also wears an orange shirt with brown pants and black shoes.

Role in episode

He and Incidental 47 are sitting at a table in the Krusty Krab, and he becomes curious about what might be in the secret formula which makes the Krabby Patty so delicious. Because of this, SpongeBob mistakenly believes that he is Plankton disguised as a fish, so he pulls off his head. It turns out there is another fish in the disguise, who disappointedly says that everyone at the head enhancement clinic told him nobody would recognize him, then runs off crying.
