Plot
The show centers around the relationship between wrestling stars Sardina Sardiña and Dwayne "The Puck" Orca, as well as showcasing the action-packed wrestling matches between each other. Some time into the series, the two get married.

After Mrs. Puff replaces herself with a double for SpongeBob's driving test, she settles down in her lighthouse and watches Headlocks & Heartbreaks. The show is later interrupted by a Bikini Bottom News report about SpongeBob's destructive driving, causing Mrs. Puff to go and stop him.
