The lady is a minor character who first appears in the episode "Something Smells."
Description
She is a dark blue fish with ginger hair. She wears a red dress, red high heels, and white pearl collar with matching earrings.
Role in series
The lady has made a few appearances throughout the series. She has made a long absence in the series after her appearance in "Suction Cup Symphony" but made a comeback in "Goodbye, Krabby Patty?" as a very small cameo. She then made another shorter absence in the series until her comeback in the season 13 episode "Mandatory Music."

She is burned by SpongeBob's rancid breath at Reef Cinema.
"Money Talks"
She is a cashier at the Bikini Bottom Mall.
"What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"
In New Kelp City, she runs away from the bubble along with the blue kid fish when SpongeBob blows it when he is at the video game store. She is later seen in the crowd during SpongeBob's speech when he becomes a mayor.
"Penny Foolish"
She is seen driving a boat with Incidental K1, where she tells him that she is focusing on the road when Incidental K1 tells her about Mr. Krabs' crazy talking.
"Suction Cup Symphony"
She conducts the piano for Squidward's symphony.
"Goodbye, Krabby Patty?"
She is seen walking into Barg'N-Mart with Incidental 103.
"Mandatory Music"
She appears as the mother of a baby in a carriage. Squidward's clarinet playing makes the baby cry, and the mother begins crying, too.
"Don't Make Me Laugh"
She and Troutenheimer appear watching the sad movie at Seven Seas where they both get disturbed by SpongeBob's laughing and leave.
