He seems to think that he is superior to others or at least Squidward.

He is a talent agent and the manager of Curly Bubble Records. He is said by Squidward to be the talent agent of his favorite clarinet player, who is unknown.

He runs into the scene, when Squidward starts gnawing on Mini Squidward at the Krusty Krab, to tell him to stop gnawing on his new client.
