The mime, also known as Incidental CM19[1], is a character who first appears in the episode "The Sponge Who Could Fly."
Names
- In "Call the Cops," he is named Mr. Mime.
- In "The Yard Sale," he is named Marcel.
Description
He is a mime fish with orange fins, and wears white face paint, a green and purple striped sweater, black pants, and a purple beret.
Incidental CM19
He is colored mint with dark teal lips. His shirt has white and blue stripes, his pants are dark brown, and his beret is blue.
Role in series
Incidental CM19 has made a few appearances throughout the series so far. He is normally always portrayed as a mime in most of his few appearances. He has also been portrayed as a drummer as Incidental CM19. He was firstly designed to be a mime that SpongeBob "saves" Patrick from.

"The Sponge Who Could Fly"
He is supposedly torturing Patrick, so SpongeBob and his inflatable pants come in for the save.
"Mall Girl Pearl"
He is one of the many characters seen in the background at the Bikini Bottom Mall. He is shown walking in front of the Bangles and Dangles store.
"Call the Cops"
While playing around as a cop, SpongeBob ironically tells the mime he has the right to remain silent.
"Mind the Gap"
Incidental CM19 appears as a Blow Your Top Lounge bongo drummer.
The Patrick Star Show
"The Yard Sale"
He appears in an abandoned mine with the prospector where they both end up getting sucked into GrandPat Star's vacuum.

In the console versions of the original Battle for Bikini Bottom and all versions of Rehydrated, he appears both inside of the Chum Bucket lab, in the final lab, and the inside of the Krusty Krab, where he is shown window performing.
