Potato Puff (object)
Potato Puff is a potato that Mrs. Puff uses as a way to trick SpongeBob into thinking he is driving with her. It appears in the episode of the same name.
Description
It resembles an ordinary potato except it has Mrs. Puff's hair and red lipstick. There is also a radio attached to it so Mrs. Puff can speak to SpongeBob.
Role in episode
After getting advice from a guru who tells her to avoid SpongeBob, Mrs. Puff steals a potato from the French Narrator and dresses it up like her. She puts it in her place in the boat and goes inside her lighthouse to watch TV while communicating with SpongeBob using the radio. Since Mrs. Puff isn't actually with SpongeBob, he wreaks havoc while driving around Bikini Bottom. As a result of his reckless behavior behind the wheel, Potato Puff turns into mashed potatoes, making SpongeBob sad over her apparent demise. Mrs. Puff also gets sent to jail for letting SpongeBob drive on his own and bringing the town into chaos.
