Reginald "Goofy" Goober[1] is the creator of the Goofy Goober ice cream brand who appears in the episode "The Goofy Newbie."
Description
He was a slack-jawed fish who wears overalls, a hat with a black band, glasses, overalls, and a pair of brown shoes.
History
In the days of the Wild West, specifically 1842, Reginald headed west in a seahorse-drawn ice cream wagon to sell ice cream around the land. Despite him selling melted ice cream on sticks and rocks, he was successful, and slowly his simple business turned into a multi-billion dollar property.
Soon after, he was abducted by ice cream aliens and never seen again.
Role in episode
He is seen in the educational video that Patrick watches, which explains Reginald's rise to fame and his disappearance soon after.
