The restaurant manager is a character who appears in the episode "Big League Bob."
Description
He is a tan fish with wrinkles, black hair on the sides, a lime dorsal fin, and black dot eyes. He wears a gray hat with a purple band, black round glasses, a white shirt with a pink tie, purple pants with a black belt, and black shoes.
Role in episode
He heads to the Krusty Krab in his boat, searching for a fourth member for the Culinary Stadium. In the restaurant, as he discusses the matter with someone on his phone, he notices SpongeBob's talent and tastes his Krabby Patty, which he really likes. He offers Mr. Krabs a lot of money for SpongeBob, which he accepts.
When SpongeBob competes in the Tryouts Kitchen with three other chefs, he tastes the dishes, critiques them, and decides whether the contestants pass or get eliminated. He awards SpongeBob the winning title because of the special flavors he used for his pizza.
At the Culinary Stadium, he narrates the events as SpongeBob cooks. He gets angry at SpongeBob because he is not making the foods he is supposed to, but Krabby Patties instead, that causes SpongeBob to quit.
