He is a dark gray fish with bags under his eyes who has lighter colored lips. He wears a purple shirt, a purple buret, black pants, and a red neckerchief.
Role in episode
He is seen painting a portrait of Teen 10, when Teen 5 and Teen 7 burst in the portrait. He then screams, and jumps in a garbage can.
