The security guards are the employees of the Main Street parade and are cop fish. They appear in the Patstar*NoPants comic strip.
Description
They are fish with blue uniforms, one fish being orange and the other being green.
Role in comic
When they see Patrick in the nude at the parade, they want to get him. SpongeBob shouts to inform him of the police and they take him to the parade and set him up as the balloon attraction. They thought Patrick was the missing pink balloon in the parade. After putting strings on Patrick so he could float, the two laugh in joy and the green one tells the chief that the missing balloon is back in the air, despite it being Patrick and not the balloon that was actually missing.
