Paul Grunion
Paul Grunion is a lumberjack who appears in the episode "The Beardsman."
Description
He is a buff, pale green fish who wears a navy blue beanie, a red flannel, blue jeans, and brown boots. He also sports an orange beard, which gives him his powers.
Role in episode
He visits Kamp Koral for a wilderness presentation, and defeats the sea bear that is terrorizing the camp. He then shows off his strength, then goes into his tent for a nap. SpongeBob and Patrick sneak into his tent and steal his beard. They take turns trying out his beard, then Patrick accidentally destroys it. After Paul Grunion finds out his beard has been destroyed, SpongeBob and Patrick try to get his beard to grow back. This doesn't work, however, but eventually the whole camp convinces him to believe in himself, which causes his beard to grow back, along with also giving everyone in camp a beard. He then finally leaves the camp.
