Description
Pillow SpongeBob is a white pillow with SpongeBob's face and pores drawn on it by Patrick, who also put his underwear on the pillow.
Role in episode
After destroying a lamp that he thought was ringing, not knowing that it was the alarm clock, Patrick still hears the ringing and is eager to know where it is coming from. As a result, he creates a pillow version of SpongeBob and demands an answer. Due to being an inanimate object, the pillow does not respond, much to Patrick's disappointment.
Shortly after, Patrick's alarm clock interrupts their conversation from under the pillow and reminds him that it is time for breakfast.
