Description

He is a taupe grouper who looks identical to Fred, Incidental 1B, Clint (Inc 1C), and Troutenheimer except in color.

Role in episode

SpongeBob bumps into him while at the Tankini Top, accidentally hitting his arm and causing him to exclaim his own catchphrase, making SpongeBob apologize.
