"The Kreepy Krab" is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from season 16. In this episode, Slappy brings his macabre sensibilities to the Krusty Krab when he's hired there as a server.

- The title of this episode is a reference to one of SpongeBob's suggestions for a new Krusty Krab name in season 2's "Bossy Boots."
Cultural references
- The episode title references not only the episode "Bossy Boots," but Slappy's own inspiration, Peter Lorre. "Kreep" was coined by Lorre as a retaliation against Jack Warner, calling him a creep. Later on, he tried to lie that it was a friendly term in English. Lorre kept using the term "Kreep" / "Kreepy" to refer to things and people in a playful way. It was one of his favorite words, and was also later adopted by his fans. It is very fitting that an episode focused on Slappy, the Peter Lorre fish, would be using it.[4]
