these are my ratings. there are little bit different that you know.

LEGENDARY: episode that is better than amazing, episode that would be the best in any other tv show. 10/10 and higher.

FANTASTIC: fantastic episode. (like Rock Bottom in my opinion.) 8/10 to 9.5/10

GOOD: very good episode. 6/10 to 7.5/10

MEDIOCRE: not bad and not good episode. just mediocre. 4/10 to 5.5/10

BAD: not so great episode. most of the season 6-7 episodes would get this rating from me. 2/10 to 3.5/10

I WANNA DIE: garbage and unwatchable episode. there's only few like that in the show in my opinion 1.5/10 and lower.
