I manage the contracts, and issue them for blocked users at ESB, to follow a set of guidelines that determines their behavior when unblocked. The user follows those guidelines, and if they break them, gets blocked again.

How they Work

Contracts are created by Tanhamman, and are a set of guidelines a user follows. The user, who is/was blocked at ESB, goes to Tanhamman's SBA Message Wall, to request a contract. If Tanhamman accepts, he creates the guidelines the user follows. The exact contract from user to user differs, so the contract is posted on that users wall.

How they are Issued

If a user feels they are blocked wrong, they can make a "Contract Request" to Tanhamman for a contract. Tanhamman decides if the contract is to be issued. If so, the user follows the guidelines on the contract.

Tanhamman's Responsibility

1) Issue a contract, and make sure the user accepts.

2) Follows basic Administratorship

The User's Responsibility

1) Request a contract

2) Follow the guidelines of the contract

3) Do not violate the contract

Administration Responsibility

1) Ensure the user does not violate their contract. If they do, block them.

Community Responsibility

1) Report if that user violates, or is seen violating their contract

Violations

The contract is easily violatable. If a user does not follow the guidelines (they are not harsh guidelines), they get blocked.

Important Notes

1) Do not request to other Administrators. They do not want to be bothered. 2) Do NOT request on Tanhamman's wall at Fanonia SpongeBobia. It will be ignored. 3) Do not violate the terms. You can be blocked. 4) Ask questions to Tanhamman only. You may ask other Administrators, but they, again, do not want to be bothered with trivial information. 5) Contracts expire. A set amount of time will be in plain view, as will the expiration date.

Sample Contract

User <insert name here> has made a contract request. The request passed Tanhamman. Start date/time: November 32, 2014 @ 00:00 UST Guidelines: 1) User will not vandalize any pages. 2) User will not go on <insert name here>'s wall. 3) User is to report daily to Tanhamman on progress. Any violations of these terms, will result in quick block by an Administrator. Do NOT file another request until the contract expires. Expiration date/time: December 32, 2014 @ 00:00 UST
