Basically, in order to import avatar image to the article, you need to fill this template like this:

• {{AvatarImage|<imageloction>|<imagewidthvalue>}}

In order to get <imageloction>, go to the desired user page, copy URL of the user's avatar image and paste it somewhere, so you can copy only <imageloction>:

• http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/common/avatars/5/5a/24916335.png/revision/latest/scale-to-width/36?cb=1411251265&format=jpg

Now, fill the template with copied <imageloction> information, while choosing desired <imagewidthvalue> of pixels:
