A fish that works at the
Bikini Bottom Volleyball Courts and Appraisal Center. He bought SpongeBob's pearl (volleyball) from him, in exchange for millions of dollars. He is seen in "Porous Pockets."
Appearance
He seems to wear very 1970's clothes and is bald except for red hair around the back.
