The bagpipes are a woodwind instrument that consists of multiple short pipes attached to a bag. It is played by blowing into the pipes.

SpongeBob reveals that he and Patrick lured the Loch ness moster with the Bagpipes. Squidward thinks that the monster likes the music, and squeezes it, but then Patrick implies that it hates the sound it makes, which makes the monster eat Squidward.
