The balding guy is an elderly fish who first appears in the episode "Picture Day."
Description
The balding guy is an olive-green fish with a red jumper and a white shirt under the jumper, he also has a light purple tie. With it, he also has gray balding hair.
Role in series
"Picture Day"
Mrs. Puff comes in and tells the photographer that Template:Data:Links is the last one to have a photo taken. SpongeBob is still crying when he attempts to take a photo. The photographer uses a hose to clean him. However, SpongeBob is still crying. So, Mrs. Puff wants him to stop crying before the photographer takes the picture. He gives him a pair of large teeth called "Pearlie" to make him smile and after this, the photographer then takes SpongeBob's photo.
"What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"
He is briefly seen in the crowd when SpongeBob was giving his mayor speech in New Kelp City.
"Truth or Square"
He briefly appears in the crowd at SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links's fake wedding, which turned out to be a play.
"Model Sponge"
He is the director of the New Sponge commercial and requested SpongeBob to strip naked for the commercial and proceeded to treat him as a regular cleaning sponge by forcing him to clean things.
"Squidward in Clarinetland"
He appears as the judge for the clarinet auditions at the end of the episode.
Trivia
- In "Model Sponge" his jumper is blue while in "Squidward in Clarinetland" his jumper is cyan.
