Balloon vendor
The balloon vendor is a fish who appears in the episodes "Friend or Foe" and "Snail Mail."
Description
He is a light orange overweight fish with lighter colored fins, beige eyes and black pupils, and olive green lips. He is a vendor. He wears a white hat with a blue trim, white-and-blue striped shorts, and light blue tank top.
Role in series
"Friend or Foe"
He appears in Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links's flashback. Mr. Krabs used his first penny ever to buy an orange balloon for Plankton from the balloon vendor. Due to Plankton's low weight, the balloon rised him up to the sky.
"Snail Mail"
The vendor is seen selling candy at the Bikini Bottom Air Show. When Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links are flying on the airplane, the former gets his face covered with a paper and cannot see, making the flight out of control. A hook that was attatched to the airplane grabs the vendor's stall and it drops candy along the way, until it falls and crashes with Incidental 39's hot dog stall.
