He is a light green fish who wears a dark blue ski mask and SpongeBob's name tag.
History
At the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob just lost his name tag, he is scared and wondering who has his name tag, then SpongeBob thinks of a bank robber, robbing a bank, wearing SpongeBob's name tag, which frightens him.
