She is a pale blue cave fish that wears a pink dress with magenta flowers on it. She has curly, orange hair with a pink bow in it.

Betsy has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as having an online game appearance as well. She was firstly designed to be one of the many trenchbillies that serves as the secondary antagonist after Ma Angler.

She appears as one of the many trenchbillies in the trenchbilly family who serve as the secondary antagonist after Ma Angler. Ma Angler calls Betsy for a "hootin' and hollerin' contest" where she begins to yodel as a challenge for Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links to face.Since they were thirsty, SpongeBob and Patrick drink a can of soda, causing a loud belch from their mouth for a long period of time at Betsy. The trenchbillies then take this as a win for SpongeBob and Patrick.
