Trivia

  • Even though SpongeBob regularly airs on weekends, it gets replaced sometimes. Throughout 2016-2019, the show was replaced by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the 2012 reboot and the Rise 2018 one). And a few times in 2022 and 2023, SpongeBob gets replaced by The Smurfs (2021 reboot) sometimes, and a repeat of the 2012 reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on June-August 2023.
  • As of 2024, Channel 5 is currently airing season 8, using remastered prints.
