• Patrick said he didn't have a sister in Something Smells, though he could of said it out of stupidity and/or a sister was not thought of back then.
• But, then, in this episode, he said nobody knew he HAD a sister, so he could have forgotten until the events of this episode or she was born after the events of Something Smells.
• It's weird how Sam can very easily come to visit Patrick because she got lost even though the explanation for that is obvious.
