The Bikini Bottom Election (2007 event) was an event held by Nickelodeon around the year 2004. Not much is known about the event, due to a lack of information about it online. The event was a fake election campaign between two competitors; Patrick Star and Larry the Lobster.
Results
Patrick Star single handedly sweeped the election, gaining the majority vote in every state, leaving Larry the Lobster in the dust.
Trivia
- This would not be the first time an event would be held in regards to character polling; in 2016, Nintendo and Nickelodeon would collaborate to create the Spongebob Vs. Patrick Splatfest event for the Wii U game Splatoon.
- Ironically, Patrick Star won both of the competitions.
