Description

It is a festival with at least 6 multicolored huts and a pink banner which reads the text "Bikini Bottom Hug Fest" in blue and beige colors held up by 2 wooden poles and surrounded by strings of red, green and yellow flags.

Role in episode

While trying to get back to boating school, Template:Data:Links encounters the Bikini Bottom Hug Festival. He tries to walk through it, but is hugged by Incidental 49.
