Billy (green fish)

Billy[1] is a half midget lime green parrotfish and a main citizen of Bikini Bottom with red lips and a golden shirt with a red stripe on it. He was Shubie's son but he was adopted by Evelyn. He makes more cameo or brief appearances than roles in each episodes.
