Plot

While trying to run away from SpongeBob, Squidward gets a speeding ticket and gets sent to boating school, where SpongeBob is happy to have him as a new friend in class. There is a reference to the viral video "Chocolate Rain" in this episode, in which Spongebob spills Squidward's drink, and exclaims "Coffee Rain!", and Squidward say that his drink was hot chocolate, then Spongebob says, "Chocolate Rain!"
