Bob Barnacle[1] is a famous snail photographer and owner of a Snail Rescue Center.[1] He only appears in the episode "Sanctuary!"[2]
Description
He is a light green fish with pale green lips, large cheekbones, brown hair, bushy eyebrows, and blue-striped lime dorsal fins. He wears a dark blue suit with a light orange turtleneck, blue pants, and black shoes.
Role in episode
He explains to SpongeBob that the snails all came from a hole in his fence in his snail center and he is there to help them and SpongeBob.
At the end of the episode, he takes the snails back to his shelter.

- His name is a parody of his voice actor, Bob Barker, the host of The Price is Right.
