Character

Klaus is a kid fish who appears in the episodes "Krabby Land," the storyboard for "Ink Lemonade," and The Patrick Star Show episode "To Dad and Back."

Description

He is a light teal fish who wears green lederhosen with a yellow undershirt. He wears a small hat that has a purple feather on it. He has pink lips, two teeth, orange hair, and freckles on his face. In "To Dad and Back", he is orange instead of light teal, his clogs are a peach colour instead of orange, his feather is blue instead of purple, his undershirt is white instead of yellow, and his lederhosen is entirely green instead of some bits being orange.

In both the rough and final storyboards for "Ink Lemonade," he was among the fish running towards Squidward Tentacles' house. However, he does not appear in the final episode.

The Patrick Star Show

"To Dad and Back"

He is mailed to Patrick through an envelope during the "viewer mail" segment and asks how the body works, prompting Patrick to go inside Template:Data:Links.

Trivia

  • His clothes and hat are based on German and Austrian traditional clothes.
  • Despite appearing in the storyboard for "Ink Lemonade," he was not present in the actual episode.
  • His appearance in The Patrick Star Show episode "To Dad and Back" marks his first appearance in the franchise in 18 years, not counting his unused storyboard appearance in "Ink Lemonade."
  • He is similar to Klaus Heisler from the Fox/TBS series American Dad!, as both have the same first name and are voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, have German accents, and are orange fish.
