Incidental 23A is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Grandma's Kisses." He is an alternate model of Incidental 23 (Charlie), and is classified as a weirdo-type incidental.

He is a purple tuna with lighter purple fins and lips who wears a dark red speedo.
