Incidental 95,[1][2] also known as the reporter, the reporter flute,[3][4] Incidental CM16,[5] and Incidental FG11, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Culture Shock." She is likely classified as a secondary character-type incidental.
Description
She is a light orange fish with blonde hair and dark red lipstick. She wears a very light lavender dress with a pearl necklace. The reporter has the same appearance as Incidental 95.

She also has an alternate color palette that first appeared in "Goodbye, Krabby Patty?" where she is colored violet with bright red lips and wears a dark red dress and shoes.

Role in series
Incidental 95 is a not too commonly used incidental character. She has made a long absence in the series between her debut, "Culture Shock," and the season 5 episode, "What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?" After her appearance in "What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?," she has been a somewhat occasionally used incidental character who usually appeared among "F" incidentals. She was firstly designed to be a reporter announcing the Krusty Krab talent show.

She appears as a news reporter with Incidental 6 as the cameraman, announcing the Krusty Krab talent show.
"What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"
SpongeBob wants to take a job at the N.K.C. Bank in New Kelp City, but eventually, there is a bubble involved, so she kicks him out of her Headquarters Union.
"Suction Cup Symphony"
The reporter flute is one of the flute players in Squidward's orchestra along with Incidental F18.
"Porous Pockets"
She is one of the fancy fish walking with SpongeBob.
"Goodbye, Krabby Patty?"
She becomes disturbed from watching SpongeBob and Patrick brush their teeth in front of a window. The reporter flute can later be seen getting sick from eating frozen Krabby Patties during Patrick's speech.
"Krusty Katering"
The reporter flute is one of the shiny people they Krusty Krew sees when they first enter Lady Upturn's mansion. A crazed Patrick later leaps onto the reporter flute's and the Incidental 30's table.
"Old Man Patrick"
The reporter flute appears as the mother of BunnyBunnsKids 23 where she constantly keeps taking her son away from anyone who is bothering him.
"Plankton Paranoia"
The reporter flute discovers hair on her chest when SpongeBob mentions Krabby Patties put hair on your chest. She at first freaks out but shortly becomes impressed.
"The Krusty Slammer"
She is one of the customers who applaud when Mr. Krabs promotes the Krusty Slammer and is later seen being disturbed by the prisoners in the slammer tossing tomatoes.
"Squid's on a Bus"
She is pictured as a model on the billboard for Toothy Toothpaste which Incidental 107's boatmobile crashes through, leaving a giant hole in her teeth.
"Mind the Gap"
Incidental CM16 appears as one of the many patrons at Blow Your Top Lounge.
"SpongeBob's Bad Habit"
She appears with BunnyBunnsKids 23 at Glove World! where SpongeBob bites the fingernails of her son's balloon.
"UpWard"
She leaves with the crowd to go back to Upturn's mansion.
"A Taste of Plankton"
She aggressively becomes unsatisfied with SpongeBob's mistake patty.
The Patrick Star Show
"Bummer Jobs"
She is seen riding Patrick as a pedicab.
"The Haunting of Star House"
She is seen during the Flying Dutchman's commercial where she is seen sleeping on her bed but she has a ghost wake her up by spooking her.
"To Dad and Back"
She appears outside the Undersea Space Agency where she is greeted by Cecil Star when he arrives there.
"Too Many Patricks"
She appears at Incidental 160's birthday party and at the funeral Cave Patrick crashes.
"Pick Patrick's Path"
Patrick asks to kiss her baby, which she initially declines. He explains that he is running for mayor, and she lets him.
