Miss Gristlepuss
Miss Gristlepuss is the leader of T.U.O.O.F.A.T.T.A.F.A.D. and Al Gristlepuss' wife. She appears in the episodes "Banned in Bikini Bottom," "Gramma's Secret Recipe," and "I Smell a Pat." Her husband is the chief of police which gives her the power to control the Bikini Bottom Police force by extent, and she has many identical sisters.
Description
She is a light green elderly female fish with light blue hair that is pulled back into a bun and has big pink lips. She wears a navy blue and white uniform, a gray whistle around her neck, golden glasses, and tall brown boots. She and her sisters share a similar appearance.
Biography
At some point in her life, she married Al Gristlepuss who is extremely loyal towards her. Her marriage with Al gave her the ability to have control over the Bikini Bottom police force by extent and is capable of legally shutting down businesses.
At another point, she founded T.U.O.O.F.A.T.T.A.F.A.D. with her sisters. She had banned Krabby Patties from being served at the Krusty Krab with T.U.O.O.F.A.T.T.A.F.A.D. However, she later lifted the ban after trying one and liking it.

"Banned in Bikini Bottom"
She wants Krabby Patties to be banned because they are "too fun and delicious." She has her husband close the Krusty Krab, and with the help of Plankton, destroys SpongeBob's house, where they are serving Krabby Patties illegally.
She then plans to arrest SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs for circumventing a law. However, when she sees her husband eating a Krabby Patty, she runs over to stop him, but in doing so, she trips over her untied shoelace and falls in front of him. The patty drops then into her mouth; after she eats it, she realizes that Krabby Patties are not so bad after all.
Thus, she decides not to ban Krabby Patties, pardon the Krusty Krew, and reopen the Krusty Krab.
"Gramma's Secret Recipe"
She appears in a knitting circle along with SpongeBob, Sheldon J. Plankton in disguise as "SpongeBob's great grammyma," Incidental 84, Gramma, and Grandma.

Trivia
- Even though she calls herself Miss Gristlepuss, she should be called Mrs. Gristlepuss because she is married. Ms. is the preferred way to address a woman regardless of marital status.
- In the closing credits and some TV cable descriptions, Miss Gristlepuss is mistakenly called "Miss Priss."
- She is also called Miss Priss in the YouTube description of "Banned in Bikini Bottom."
- According to storyboards from a cut storyline of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, Miss Gristlepuss was supposed to return in this movie.
