SpongeBob and Patrick bring Sandy to the Museum of Bikini Bottom History so she can learn about the history of Bikini Bottom, which she takes notes on to publish in The Naval Gazette. Throughout the episode, Sandy writes about the history on a notepad, but eventually rips it up due to the history seeming too ridiculous to be true.
