Incidental 167,[1] also known as the nurse orphanage, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ink Lemonade." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Description
She is a light pink fish with magenta fins and lips. She wears a red dress with a frill at the bottom, along with a pair of red shoes, and carries a yellow handbag. In her original storyboard design for "Ink Lemonade," she was a female crab that greatly resembled Mr. Krabs with the exceptions being her big bulging lips, her thinner eyelashes, her lack of a nose, and that she wears a dress.
Nurse orphanage
She appears as a light lavender zombified nurse with dark lavender lips and fins and black eyes with red irises. She also has pimples all over her face and wears a black nun outfit and pink slippers.
Role in series
Incidental 167 has made a few appearances in the series so far. She was originally designed to be a one time character in "Ink Lemonade" as an odd crab lady but was redesigned as a pink female fish in the final episode. She later became one of the incidentals in the series.

Trivia
- In the early storyboard for "Ink Lemonade," she was a crab instead of a fish, which is why she is called "crab lady" in the closing credits[2] despite being a fish.[3]
- The fact that she acts like a crab after she tastes black lemonade references this.
- She is allergic to Cephalopod Spice.
