Prisoner 13 is a "Prisoner" incidental who appears in the episode "Jailbreak!" and the online game The Ultimate Bikini Bottom Buddy Search.

Description

He is a muscular olive green fish with beige lips and fins, and a scar next to his right eye. He wears a black and white striped prisoner's uniform with a cap.

Role in series

Prisoner 13 has made three episode appearances in the series so far, as well as one game appearance. Like the other "Prisoner" incidentals, he was firstly portrayed to be one of Plankton's many prison goons.

He is one of the many prisoners who acts as Plankton's prison goons who help him escape the Bikini Bottom Jail and attempt to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula.

The Patrick Star Show

"Star-Robics"

He appears in Bunny's performance, escaping from the jail with the other prisoners during her song.

"Squidina's Holidaze Special"

When Patrick does a holiday lightning wheel and goes to Swaptoberfest, Prisoner 13 shows up only for Patrick to remove his hood, put a fez on him, and for the police to take him away.
