Prison guard 2, also known as the police guard and the security guard, is one of the two "Prison guard" incidentals, along with Prison guard 1, who first appears in the episode "Doing Time."
Description
He is a thin orange fish with bright purple lips and pale orange fins. He wears a white collared shirt with a green necktie, dark gray pants with a black belt, black shoes, and a dark gray prisoner guard's cap. He also usually holds a dark gray baton.
Role in series
Prison guard 2 has made a few appearances throughout the series. He was normally designed to be portrayed as a prison guard but he has also commonly been portrayed as a bailiff as well in many of his few appearances.

"Doing Time" / SpongeGuard on Duty
He and Prison guard 1 appear as the two prison guards of the prison that Mrs. Puff stays at. He has commonly been seen on patrol alongside Prison guard 1 a few times during the episode. When Mrs. Puff goes off the deep end by ripping his and Prison guard 1's faces off, he and Prison guard 1 decide to have her go to solitary confinement for a nice long stay.
"Driven to Tears"
He takes Patrick to jail after Incidental 23A claims he is guilty.
"The Krusty Sponge"
He appears as a bailiff announcing the trial between Mr. Krabs and the people of Bikini Bottom who got sick from the Spongy Patties that he served them.
"Atlantis SquarePantis"
He appears as a guard at the Bikini Bottom Museum where Incidental 93 notifies him about Mr. Krabs charging her a toll to enter the museum.

Duplicates of him appear as prison guards of the Bikini Bottom Jail in this episode.

He and Museum security 1 escort Perch Perkins out of the news station after he gets fired.
