Description
He is a dark orange fish who wears a pirate costume which consists of a purple and lavender striped shirt, blue shorts and boots, a purple bandana, and a black eyepatch.
Role in series
The original Incidental 45 has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as a book that was based on the one episode that he appeared in. The model number "45" was originally given to him until it was reassigned to a different incidental.
