Prisoner 2[1] is a "Prisoner" incidental who first appears in the episode "Jailbreak!."
Names
- In "Jailbreak!," he is named Reggie.
- In "The Krusty Slammer," he is named Toothy.
Description
He is a short, light green moray eel who has a long mouth and neck, and a squiggly light orange dorsal fin. He wears a black and white striped prisoner's uniform with a cap and brown shoes.
Role in series
Prisoner 2 has made only four appearances in the series so far, as well as one game appearance. Like the other "Prisoner" incidentals, he was firstly portrayed to be one of Plankton's many prison goons.

"Jailbreak!"
He is first seen when he takes a milk carton from Plankton. After finding out who Plankton really is, he is more than grateful to assist his hero in stealing the Krabby Patty secret formula. He also provides an ingredient to help create chum, which aids in everyone's escape. He then helps break into the Krusty Krab, but he is eventually arrested along with the others.
"The Krusty Slammer"
He is one of the prisoners imprisoned in the Krusty Slammer.
"Potato Puff"
He is one of the prisoners seen hanging onto SpongeBob's boat while the latter is driving with Potato Puff.
The Patrick Star Show
"Patrick's Prison Pals"
He appears as a prisoner, first mocking Patrick and telling him he is stuck there. Patrick meets him again at lunch, where Prisoner 2 is impressed by his ability to eat metal trays. Prisoner 2 then uses Patrick's appetite to help dig a tunnel and escape, but gets captured by guards and returned to prison.
