The sewer monster[1] is a character who first appears in the episode "The Krabby Kronicle."
Description
The sewer monster looks similar to a mutated baby and has seven limbs, two of which come from its tongue. It is dark purple with a teal tongue.

"The Krabby Kronicle"
When SpongeBob walks around Bikini Bottom looking for something to write as an article for the Krabby Kronicle newspaper, he sees the bank robber robbing a bank, mohawk brute 1 and the tattoo thug destroying a boatmobile, and then the sewer monster. Despite these significant events, SpongeBob ignores them.
"Sammy Suckerfish"
The sewer monster eats every Krabby Patty from the plate toward the table in a filthy mess of the Krusty Krab before Mr. Krabs kicks her out and tells her that the Krusty Krab is closed.
