The Shell-Cart is a vehicle owned by Squidward that appears in the episode "The Paper" and the video game Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix.
Description
It is a large purple shell turned upside down for the driver to sit in. It has four wheels and a driving wheel sticking out from the front, both of which are black.

It is one of the things that Squidward brings out to be more fun than playing with Mr. Paper, but SpongeBob disagrees. He crashes into his house afterward.
