Incidental 24C
Incidental 24C is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "MuscleBob BuffPants." He is an alternate model of Incidental 24 and he is classified as a beach-type incidental.
Description
He is a muscular cyan fish with turquoise lips who wears a green speedo.
Role in series
Incidental 24C has appeared in only a few episodes so far. He is absent from the series for many years after his debut in "MuscleBob BuffPants," but he makes a comeback in the season 11 episode, "Larry the Floor Manager" as a slightly redesigned "Muscle Fish" incidental. He was firstly designed to be a bodybuilder at Mussel Beach.

He is one of the fish hanging out in Mussel Beach at Goo Lagoon who notices SpongeBob's new "muscles," dropping his weight on Incidental 24B's and Incidental 24Q's feet in shock.
"Larry the Floor Manager"
His "Muscle Fish" variant is one of Larry's friends who ends up hanging out at the Krusty Krab when he decides to turn the restaurant into a gym. He fights against SpongeBob and the Krusty Krab customers along with the rest of Larry's friends when they decide to declare war on Larry's group for taking away Krabby Patties from the customers.
"Say Awww!"
He appears in the original storyboard as part of the pyramid that the Bikini Bottomites form in order to escape from Q.T.-π. He was replaced by Incidental 24B in the final episode.
