Incidental 174,[1] also known as Teen B4, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Whale of a Birthday." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Description
She is a pink fish with hot pink lips and brunette hair in a bob hairstyle. She wears a cyan nightgown with a purple tie. The appearance of Incidental 174 was originally considered to be the alternate pajama wearing design of Teen B4.
Teen B4
The debut design of Incidental 174. She is colored lavender, has pale pink lips, and blonde hair. She wears a cyan pearl necklace, a red dress with a dark red belt with a golden oval buckle, and dark red shoes.
Role in series
Incidental 174 was firstly designed to be one of the "Teen" incidentals with a "B" prefix that is known as Teen B4 in "Whale of a Birthday," but her alternate pajama wearing design variant from "The Slumber Party" became one of the regular incidental characters much later in the series.

She appears to be working for Don Grouper and is responsible for doing Patrick's makeup and is later seen noticing the smell of SpongeBob making Krabby Patties again.

She is one of the many customers who get stuck at the Krusty Krab during the current throughout the episode.

She is one of the customers who get annoyed by the crying child and leaves.

She is one of the Krusty Krab customers who get distracted by the Identical twin puppies.

She shockingly watches SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs hug.
"Plankton's Old Chum"
Teen B4 appears as part of the angry mob against Plankton, complaining to him that his chum ruined her hair. She then decides to celebrate Chum Day along with the rest of the angry mob.
"SpongeBob's Road to Christmas"
She is seen exchanging Christmas gifts with Incidental 92 at the Krusty Krab.
"Food PBFFT! Truck"
She is seen standing in an open space with other Bikini Bottom citizens where SpongeBob and Squidward attempt to pull their food truck up to them until a taco truck arrives and pushes them away.
"Captain Pipsqueak"
She appears as one of the panicking townspeople during Plankton's presentation for the League of E.V.I.L.
"Slappy Daze"
She is one of the kids playing the Bottle Hosers game.
"BassWard"
She appears during inside the train where she comes and asks Squidward if he wants fondue. He doesn't want it, but Bubble Bass then spills fondue over Squidward.
"Student Driver Survivor"
She appears as one of Mrs. Puff's Boating School students to try out Acceleration T. Greenlight's Greenlight Driving School. She is later then seen near the end of the episode, after Acceleration's arrest.

She is seen climbing into a deli freezer at the Scuttle-N-Save while Patrick juggles various store products.
"Who's a Big Boy?"
She appears as one of the parade balloon handlers handling the banana balloon.
"House Hunting"
She is driving down the street when the Star house comes by. She screams and drives the opposite direction to get away from it.
"Dad's Stache Stash"
She, Incidental 166, Lenny, and Incidental 150 get strangled on the trail with the rope by Patrick, who appears to be villainous with a mustache, along with Patrick's family (except for Cecil) to all be hit by a train. The train has stopped, however, thanks to Cecil.
"Movie Stars"
She appears as the parent of Incidental 172. When her daughter is afraid of a movie poster for Curse of the Mummies, she tells her that mummies do not exist. SpongeBob and Patrick come out of the theater covered in reel tape, frightening her and making her jump into her daughter's arms.

She plays hopscotch, and Patrick shoves her out of the way.
