Bikini Bottom Annual Free Day

Bikini Bottom Annual Free Day (or shortened to Free Day) is a holiday celebrated in the episode "The Smoking Peanut" and the book Zoo Day Disaster.

Role in episode

Free Day is first seen when Mr. Krabs takes everything from everyone because of the event. Once seen, SpongeBob and Patrick want to see a clam perform a trick, but ends up ending badly. However, Mr. Krabs ends up stealing most of the items and eventually is pelted with Sea Peanuts after stealing the baby egg of Clamu.

• This is the second "free event" in the series. The first was National Free Balloon Day from the episode "Life of Crime."
  • Coincidentally, both holidays are observed in episodes from season 2.
