This unknown "Navy inc" incidental appears in "Shell of a Man."
Description
He is a short lavender muscular fish with a lighter lavender colored front and pinks lips with a sharp tooth. He also has a few strands of hair on top of his head and a unibrow. He wears a brown vest and orange shorts.

He is one of the many Navy buddies attending the Navy reunion at the Bikini Bottom Convention Hall.
